CCSP Slide Deck licence

The seller is Sectutor (Intellfence), Opaallaan 1180, 2132 LN Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The contact email is support@sectutor.com.

This licence covers the CCSP Slide Deck only. The deck is 916 slides, supplied as a PDF and as a PowerPoint file. It does not include the study book, the question bank, videos, classes, or labs.

Who may use the deck

This licence is for one purchasing organisation. It allows internal staff training inside that organisation only.

Staff of that organisation may present the deck internally. They may also adapt the slides for that internal training. An adaptation is still covered by this licence. It stays inside the organisation.

Commercial training is not included

This licence does not allow a commercial training provider, a school, or a bootcamp to use the deck. It does not allow a paid course for anyone outside the purchasing organisation.

A commercial licence is a separate agreement. Contact support@sectutor.com to ask about one.

What you may not do

You may not:

  • redistribute the deck, in its original form or in an adapted form
  • resell the deck
  • upload the deck to a website, a file-sharing service, a course marketplace, or a repository that people outside the organisation can access
  • remove the copyright notice or any other notice in the files

Downloads

Downloads are limited by the delivery terms. Those terms are on the terms of sale. Each link lasts 72 hours from the time it is issued, and each file can be downloaded five times. A fresh set of links from the success page replaces the previous links.

Copyright

Sectutor retains the copyright in the deck, including internal adaptations of it. This licence does not transfer that copyright.

Exam results

Sectutor gives no warranty that you will pass an exam, or that the deck will match a later exam outline. Sectutor does not publish a pass rate. The deck is training material. It is not official ISC2 courseware.

The CCSP mark

CCSP is a mark of ISC2. Sectutor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISC2.

If the licence is breached

If the purchasing organisation breaches this licence, it ends. The organisation must then stop using the deck and delete the copies it holds, including adaptations. Ending the licence does not limit any other right the seller has.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
