Sales of digital products are final

The CCSP Kit and the CCSP Slide Deck are digital content. All sales are final. There is no withdrawal form for a change of mind.

Checkout asks you to accept this statement, and the same statement is shown next to each Buy button: I agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that consent is the reason the right of withdrawal is lost (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), and the equivalent rule in the United Kingdom).

If a file is defective or was not delivered, contact support within a reasonable time and include your order number. We will fix the problem, replace the files, or refund the price you paid. Write to support@sectutor.com.
