Is the exam voucher included?
No. You register and pay for the exam with ISC2 yourself.
Does this include PowerPoint?
Only if you buy the CCSP Slide Deck. That product is the 916-slide deck as a PDF and a PowerPoint file. The CCSP Kit does not include the deck. The kit is the 430-page PDF and the 600-question offline HTML bank.
Can a training school use the slide deck?
No. The CCSP Slide Deck licence is for internal training inside the buyer’s own organisation. It is not licensed to commercial training schools.
How long do the download links last?
Each link lasts 72 hours from the time it is issued, and each file can be downloaded five times. The files are yours to keep after that. The success page can send a fresh set of links to the email on the order.
Why is my PDF watermarked?
Each purchased PDF is stamped in the footer with your name, email and order number. That ties the copy to the licence. Watermarking applies to PDFs only. The PowerPoint and the question bank zip are not watermarked. Delivery of those files is logged.
Can I withdraw from an order?
No. All sales of digital products are final. Checkout asks you to agree to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. If a file is defective or was not delivered, contact support and we will fix, replace or refund it. Read the refunds page before you buy.
Do you guarantee a pass, or publish a pass rate?
No. Studying this kit does not guarantee a pass, and Sectutor does not publish a pass rate.
Are you affiliated with ISC2?
No. Sectutor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISC2. CCSP is a trademark of its owner.
What happens when the exam outline changes?
Each edition will name the outline it was written against. The update policy for later editions is not set yet and will be published here before launch.
Who am I buying from?
Sectutor. Contact: support@sectutor.com. The CCSP Kit and the CCSP Slide Deck are available now. Each Buy button opens Stripe Checkout for that product. Stripe collects the card. This site stores the order email and the Stripe order id.
