Terms of Service

These terms are the contract between you and Sectutor for digital products bought on this website. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Who we are

Sectutor sells digital study and training files through this website. The seller is Sectutor (Intellfence), of Opaallaan 1180, 2132 LN Hoofddorp, Netherlands. You can write to support@sectutor.com.

Definitions

  • “We”, “us” and “Sectutor” mean the seller named above.
  • “You” means the person or organisation that places an order.
  • “Digital products” means the files sold on this website. They are supplied by download and not on a tangible medium.
  • “Order” means a purchase that Stripe reports as paid.
  • “Consumer” means a buyer who is a consumer under the law that applies to that buyer, including a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Products

We sell two digital products.

  • The CCSP Kit is a 430-page PDF and a 600-question offline HTML question bank. The slide deck is not included. Its licence is the CCSP Kit licence.
  • The CCSP Slide Deck is a 916-slide deck supplied as a PDF and a PowerPoint file, for internal training. It is not licensed to commercial training schools, providers or bootcamps. Its licence is the CCSP Slide Deck licence.

The product page describes what is included. The licence for the product you buy is part of the contract.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in United States dollars (USD). The amount charged is the Stripe Price for that product. The figure shown on the website is read from the server configuration and is not sent to Stripe as the amount. Taxes may be added where the law requires them. Automatic tax is off unless it is switched on after Stripe Tax is configured. Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

Order acceptance

A Buy button opens Stripe Checkout for one product. Checkout requires you to agree to these terms and to the product licence. It also requires this statement: I agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal. We accept the order when Stripe reports the Checkout Session as paid. An order that does not include that agreement is not fulfilled.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. After Stripe confirms payment, the success page shows a signed download link for each file in the product. The CCSP Kit delivers the book PDF and the question-bank zip. The CCSP Slide Deck delivers the slides PDF and the PowerPoint file. When email sending is on, the same links are emailed. Each link is valid for 72 hours from the time it is issued, and each file can be downloaded 5 times. You can ask the success page to resend a fresh set of links to the email on the order. A resend replaces the previous links. Purchased PDFs are watermarked with your name, email and order number. The PowerPoint and the question-bank zip are not watermarked. Delivery of those files is logged. Keep your own copy.

No refunds

All sales of digital products are final. We do not refund a change of mind, a failed exam, or an unused file.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, a right of withdrawal would otherwise apply to a distance contract. That right is lost because you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. This is the exception in Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), and the equivalent rule for consumers in the United Kingdom. The statement you accept at checkout, and the same statement shown next to each Buy button, is: I agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.

Statutory remedies

If the files are defective or not delivered, we will fix the problem, replace the files, or refund the price you paid for that order. Contact support within a reasonable time and include your order number. This does not limit any remedy that the law does not allow a contract to take away. The refunds page states the same rule.

Licence and intellectual property

We keep the copyright and other intellectual property in the files. You receive only the licence for the product you buy. The CCSP Kit licence is personal to one individual. The CCSP Slide Deck licence is for internal staff training by one purchasing organisation. It is not a licence for a commercial training school, provider or bootcamp, and it is not a licence to sell a course to third parties. You may not resell, redistribute or rebrand the files.

Acceptable use

Use the files only within the licence. Do not upload them to file-sharing sites, course marketplaces or public repositories. Do not remove a watermark or a copyright notice. Do not use the files to build a competing product or to train an AI model.

Disclaimer

The files are educational material. They do not guarantee that you will pass an exam, and we do not publish a pass rate. CCSP is a mark of ISC2. Sectutor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISC2. The files are not official ISC2 courseware.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is capped at the price paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost exam fees, or for a decision you make from the files.

Privacy

The privacy notice describes how we use order details, including the email address and the Stripe order id.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time Stripe reports your payment is the version that applies to that order. The date below is the date of the current version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. The courts of that place have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer protection rule requires a different court. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Those protections prevail where they conflict with this section.
