Single Point of Failure complete kit licence

This licence covers the Single Point of Failure complete kit only. The kit is the PDF of the book, the editable risk register (DOCX), the GRCompliance import CSV, and the board workshop deck (PowerPoint, 40 slides). It does not include the paperback, the Kindle edition, videos, classes, or labs.
Who may use the files
This licence is personal and non-transferable. It is for the single individual who buys the complete kit. You may download the files and keep a private copy for your own study. You may not transfer the licence, or the files, to anyone else.
What you may not do
You may not:
- redistribute the files
- resell the files
- share the files with another person
- upload the files to a website, a file-sharing service, a course marketplace, or a public repository
- use the files, or a substantial part of them, to build a competing product
- use the files, or a substantial part of them, to train an AI model or any other machine-learning system
- remove the watermark, the copyright notice, or any other notice in the files
Downloads
Downloads are limited by the delivery terms. Those terms are on the terms of sale. Each link lasts 72 hours from the time it is issued, and each file can be downloaded five times. A fresh set of links from the success page replaces the previous links.
Copyright
Sectutor retains the copyright in the files. This licence does not transfer that copyright. It only lets you use the files as this page describes.
If the licence is breached
If you breach this licence, it ends. You must then stop using the files and delete the copies you hold. Ending the licence does not limit any other right the seller has.
Governing law
This licence is governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
